When we refer to "Silver" it means that it is guaranteed to be Genuine .925 Silver.

 

Upon delivery of the product, we kindly ask you to check the merchandise for obvious manufacturing defects. In case of identifying any obvious defect at the time of delivery of the product, you may choose to physically exchange the product for one that does not have obvious manufacturing defects or refund the payment you have made for the product. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used. That is, if the payment was made by credit or debit card, the corresponding credit will be made to the same card with which the payment was made. If the payment was made in cash, the refund will be made in cash.

 

The warranty period against manufacturing defects or quality of materials is 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product. Once the warranty period has expired or the conditions for return have not been met, Prata will not be able to accept returns or make total or partial refunds.

 

No warranty claim shall be admissible when the product shows, at Prata's sole discretion, signs of tampering or tampering by persons not authorized by Prata for such purposes..

 

No warranty claim shall be admissible in the case of damage caused by natural wear and tear of the product or damage caused intentionally or accidentally. The evaluation of these cases will be at the sole discretion of Prata and the merits of the claim, if any, will be subject to the assessment made by Prata.
