2 - You send the merchandise
3 - We will exchange it for another one or refund your money.
A. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, we will gladly refund your money or exchange the product as indicated.
B. You have 20 calendar days from your purchase to make this change. In this case, we reserve the right to limit the number of times you can exchange an item and in the latter case we will refund your money.
C. When making an exchange or return, you may not request a new return or exchange within 90 days of the last exchange or return you requested.
D. The products you wish to return or exchange must be in the same condition in which they were delivered to you.
E. We will arrange with you to return the merchandise to the place that is most convenient for all of us.
F. The Satisfaction Guarantee is for retail purchases, wholesale also has a satisfaction guarantee, only that it is reviewed on a case by case basis.
G. This total satisfaction program is independent of the product and labor warranty. In any case, you can enforce the product and workmanship quality warranty here.
